It takes one rude employee to ruin a day. Their prices are high, they research on what to gouge. Visit it more than 2 dozen times to verify. There's a Walmart half a mile away, many health food stores that have a better selection, and yes though they are the only local supermarket with a variety of organic and natural products, there are alternatives. This store is amazing if you have lived here for a few years and know the deals. If interested, contact me for details on the 2 star vs 4 star rating. No one really cares about supermarket ratings, right?

We are fortunate to have such a great store in our little town. It's every bit as good as any large grocery in a large metro area.

In our area, we know this Kroger-branded Supermarket by another name, but it was pleasant to find it here. We stopped in for picnic items for a road trip lunch, and found everything we needed, plus a nice clean store, with helpful people, good prices, and arranged like we know it from home.This was a pleasant shopping experience and we were happy to discover this place here.

Food court really bad, no service waiting for 20 mins will workers stared st you doing your own thing, I work at Subway not that hard to at least say I'll be right with you!

Great people and staff. Always helpful. The pharmacy staff is pleasant and helpful especially Rojo and Dixie. Their pharmacists are knowledgeable and we miss Hillary, but Robin is always happy and a pretty good substitute.

A very good local grocery store. They are able to maintain the right mix of products and stay in stock for the seasonal visitors in this tourist town. Yet they manage to keep the locals happy year round. Very friendly folks working there.

They have a lot of organics which I like and special items for those with dietary needs. But I think they have too many employees . Every single time I'm in there is a group of 3 to 4 employees socializing with each. Not always the group.

Wonderful supermarket. Good products. Can self check for convenience. Fruit and Veggies for a mountain town are amazing. The cheese department is INCREDIBLE!

Nice, well stocked, clean grocery store. The best choice in Pagosa for a full range of groceries and their gas rewards (shared with other Kroger stores throughout the mid and far west) helps.Also has the only Starbucks for 60 miles.

I had a very poor service experience with Zach at the checkout counter. Rusty was no help.

Well stocked, isles are narrow, parking lot is too small. However, employees are top shelf. Can't say much about the pharmacy or most of their staff. It's a portion of the west wall that was remodeled. Poorly designed. Hard to distinguish where you are stand at the checkout line, which is part of the last grocery checkout line. The checkout lines are usually understaffed

Always good, fresh food,great produce but long wait for fried chicken in the deli. Plan extra time for the chicken, they are always running out. Good people

The customer service is great, people saying hi and helping you when you need it. The only reason i'm giving a rating of one star is because I happen to be in the bathroom and saw an employee use the restroom and not wash his hands. I continued my shopping and where do you think I saw him? Handling the food in the seafood/meat department. That's very unsanitary and hopefully people in Pagosa see this and reconsider buying the so called fresh meat. If anything one has gotten sick recently, this could be why.

This grocery store is amazingly well-stocked for a small city! But then again, this is a resort city- Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Their prices are competitive and Starbucks is in the store. This store has ethnic food, kosher food, a nice deli, a great bakery, and fresh flowers. My only complaint is that they do not have a butcher right now. The workers are friendly and the place is immaculately clean!

Great grocery store. Clean, well stocked and helpful staff. I was looking for a coffee cone to make drip coffee. They didn't have one, but the staff person referred me to Walmart and 1 other place in Pagosa. Kudos to them!

Great place to pick up a quick meal or lunch to take for outdoor activities. Full line of groceries, fresh produce, bakery and deli. LOTS of organic choices. Very friendly staff too.

LOVE this market! We live in Durango and when we travel to front range every month, we stop coming and going. This store is superior to any I’ve found in the state so never pass up the chance to shop here. I have dietary restrictions and can find so many good diverse foods at a great price. The prices are better than front range. The produce is top notch and delicious! The gas station is convenient. Bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the manager is cutting edge on running a top quality store. Highly recommend!!!

If you’re complaining about this store, odds are you’re the problem.employees here work their tales off to keep spoiled tourists happy, and when they complain, store management and Kroger don’t back their employees. If you can’t handle small towns that are short on workers, stay in your home state.

Love shopping here! Prices are competitive with Local Wal-Mart. FRUITS AND VEGGIES ARE ALWAYS FRESH, LITERALLY ALWAYS! City market Knocks Wal-Mart down in overall Fresh Produce ALWAYS, and I will argue with anyone about that. ☺ Great staff and always clean. Btw; My daughter LOVES the Fresh Produce Guy, I can't remember his name but he calls her sweetie pie and HE NEVER FAILS, never!! Bakery made a phenomenal german chocolate cake for a bday party saved the day

I don't know why you think it's okay to sell rotten produce at premium prices. Maybe if you treated employees well you would be able to manage the store better. But you treat your employees like dung. I've even seen them crying outside the store.

We went to self checkout, employee working the self check out was going through our cart and not social distancing, right in our face, and before we even got to the self checkout, she was watching us like a policeman or something, listening in on our conversation from a far. Came directly to us going through our cart. We weren’t treated with respect. Not people oriented. Put a mop in her hand better.4/16/20

The best place in town for produce, but slightly lacking in the other areas. You can't go wrong with their loyalty program though!

Rusty's the bestest. He gave me a package of the most valuable commodity TOILET PAPER!!I can't thank him enough. I have been trying for two weeks, several times aday to buy some. I finally scored today.Thank you, thank you Rusty!!

This is an older store but you can find almost everything. The fresh bread selection was kinda bare. The store was clean but the checkers were slow and not super friendly.

This is the only place I shop for food & produce. I usually have a nice visit when I come here, which can be 2-3 times a week. My ONLY complaint would be that I witnessed one of the women in the deli department existing the restroom stall and leaving without washing her hands. So gross.

Strange setup, not set up logically. Oh well, the only other alternative is Walmart.

We are visiting for 5 weeks. I just left the store and was astonished at the quality of the fish and the meats as well as the Butcher and his helper. They cut my salmon exactly the way I wanted it into the size pieces I wanted as they did the prime rib. I appreciate the fine customer service as I know every customer does.

If you are looking for organic and/or gluten free foods they have the largest variety that I've seen in town. Make sure you get their discount card if you want to save money. The people are friendly and helpful, but their produce could be better.

Where's the beef? Is there a meat shortage in Pagosa? The meat section was so empty this morning. It looked like the shelves do before a blizzard.
